what do you expect from a mall? a shopping centre of even from shoppers?

almost all of your shopping expectations will be met in Malaysia ,why do i emphasize?

1. in Malaysia you can find all brands if you are brand loyal or you can fit your budget if you are price sensitive.



2. in Malaysia you have access to many attractive shopping centres with a real conducive atmosphere.



3. in Malaysia so far i know,salespeople treat you well as you deserve.



4. in Malaysia government forces companies to offer aggressive discounts and promotions time by time.



5. advertising and promotional activities here are conducted well and encourage people to buy even if they do not want to .(this is marketing.....!)



6. financial solutions and assistance are provided everywhere to assure that you are doing right.
   

therefore,from my experiences in Malaysia shopping and shopping habit are being a part of modern lifestyle through with economic wheels run and people are satisfied.

to summarize ,Malaysia is susceptible to become a power in terms of PP-purchasinig power - and PPP- purchasing power parity-in near future.

malaysia and public interaction

Today i have decided to write about public activities and interactivity among people in Malaysia.since i have been here for more than one year i have been trying to get acquainted with those social interaction in Malaysia in order to improve my social understanding and perception during my abroad life to cure or soothe my nostalgia.

in Malaysia all races live beside each other in peace and calmness, all basic infrastructures for committing in social activities are provided and accessible easily and readily.
playing courts,swimming pools,dance classes,well-equipped libraries , are prepared almost everywhere to give chance for social interaction.

in all universities for instance in my university MMU, each semester many classes concerning social issues are held and hosted by trainers form different countries and cultures.
my Friends attend in Yoga and meditation classes and participate in activities during with they make Friend from different cultures and value structures and through which their interact with each other and gain social knowledge.

many sports are taught here and also facilities are available (from football,basketball,badminton,swimming ,boxing to judo and so on).the tuition fees are low and the teaching environment is really warm,promising,conducive and also friendly.

so in conclusion i can say that the basic ground for social interaction in Malaysia is acceptable due to well-established foundation and hospitable people who like interaction .

malaysia and foreign investment

in GCI which means global competitiveness index and can be seen as a list published by world bank every year ,malaysia has a good rank and also this rank is getting better every year .
malaysia is a peaceful caountry with a slighly low labor cost and also strong infrastructure and good facilities in terms of procurement and logistics for runnig business in almost every industry.
malaysia also recently signed a free trade agreement with The US which in return guarantees long term performance and quality for malaysian industries.

other than those facts,malaysia's government has set one rule called "seceond home" in which govenrment provide a bundle of facilities for those who applied for this secondary residancy. in this sense whoever applies can get many permissions and financial solution for living and doing business in malaysia

in addition to these points ,many international companies have invested in malaysia and established plants here that indicates malaysia is a investment absorbing country with a acceptable degree of risk and rate of return .

so to conclude i can argue that in ASEAN realm malaysia is a brilliant country with a brighg future for investing and running business.

malaysia and global education ....

international universities in malaysia :

malaysia has a myriad of universities,colledges and higher educational institutions ranked from high to low in public mind and also in academic ranking.

malaysia everyhear accept thuasands of students from almost any countries all aroud the world and through this strategy improve its global reputation aolng with economic growth
the most famous universitires and colledges are located either in capital (Kuala lumpur ) or in close deistance in neighbor matrolopitan area include sunway,putra and cyberjaya.
getting admission is a sample process and takes only a couple of weeks to be accepted and approved.

the most demanding majors are IT,MBA , ART,civil and agriculture depending on the university and its capacity.

in following blogs i will outline some other points regarding this topic becuse i have recieved many leeters and quenstion wanting me to write about this topic.

malaysia and iranian in malaysia...

hello every body..
accept my warmest greeting from "malaysia truly asia"

i am writing these lines from malaysia for both iraniann in malaysia and those iranian who are willing to migrate into malaysia either for working or studying or even visti here as a tourist.
malaysia is a nice and peaceful country ,here all races are living friendly with each other
malaysia'e economic in growing fast and as a consequence the standard of living is getting better day by day.

malaysian people are hosptable l and warm-hearted like all iranian
they like iranian and respect to them.
malaysia is a muslim country and has its own language (bahasa) beside english which is widely spoken here.
malaysia currency is RiNGGIT or RM which will be exchanged to dollar by the rate of 3.2 to 3.4 flactuating time by time .
malaysian climate is tropical with two seasons rainy and non-rainy (in contrast to iran with absolute four seasons).
